We stood there for a good two minutes just wondering where to go. We could have easily walked into the back room, snatched up a kid, and left. No bells/dingers/alarms or anything goes off when the door opens to let anyone know that someone has entered the establishment. The administrator finally came out and we told her we had called about getting a tour, and she was so frazzled. She walked me to the nursery room so we could see the way they have everything is set up. The lady in charge of the nursery is very nice, and you can see that she's very hands-on with the kids, but the administration was so lacking. I kept asking the owner questions about kid-teacher ratios, how long the waiting list is, and she didn't know the answers to any of the questions. The lady in charge of the nursery had to answer the questions for her. Didn't leave me with a good feeling. Their lack of security is crazy!

I know it was a parishioner because they had the small NLR sticker on the back window of their Tahoe. How sad those members who block other cars from getting in line, believe they represent Jesus. Shameful to act in such rude manner when leaving church. Maybe the pastor needs to go over basic manners of being a kind human.

There are certified teachers in each classroom, and the children that attend learn a tremendous amount of material, while having lots of fun at the same time. My 5 year old daughter has learned basic reading, she can speak about 50 words of Spanish, can do basic arithmetic, and can recite a lot of basic historical information. The staff and teachers are fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them. I don't think you could find a better preschool in the state of Arkansas.

It was just added to the first report that was made about the scratches. They don't care about your kids or their well being.

I was worried about the transition especially because she doesn't seem to do well with change and also because she had loved the Bryant Bright Ideas so much that I didnt think another daycare could top it. I was very surprised! She adjusted immediately and loves going to school here! She is 3 years old, has great teachers and all the other staff members are so nice and welcoming as well. Even the lady that runs this location is as nice as she can be. She always says "hi" and "bye", "have a great day." My daughter is always coming home telling me what she has learned that day and how much fun she had. I always feel like my daughter is being well taken care of, being treated right, learning, and is safe. Which is so important with childcare. If my daughter is ever sick and running fever, they call me right away and I'm able to run and get her. I've had a previous encounter with a daycare that wouldn't tell me when she was sick, so this is something very important to me. I also know that someone can't just come in the school and check her out. They use a thumbprint system and if you send someone else to get your child, you have to write a note with your DL beside it, take a picture of it, and email it to the school. I love the extra steps that help ensure my childs safety!

Unfortunately my 11 week old was not attended to very well. He only spent one week at the facility…read morebut 4 out of the 5 days we picked him up he was crying. The 5th day was my breaking point as my baby was hysterically crying, I could here him from the moment I walked in the front door. When I got to him he was drenched in sweat and the care taker (there was only one person in the room at the time) was putting another baby in a swing. This day was the first time my baby had ever cried actual running tears, I'm sure he had been screaming crying for over 15 minutes at the very least as there were beads of sweat and tears running down his face and his back was drenched as well. I decided that I couldn't leave him in their care any longer as I felt he was neglected. Because I had only had him there for one week I asked for a refund of the following week of care but I was denied a refund. I understand that there is a company policy of a two week notice but there is no way I could allow my child to be in a daycare that allows him to cry to the point of being inconsolable. I explained our situation as a military family and soon to be a one income family if they could please make an exception for these circumstances and they did not. I would not recommend this daycare for any infants, the only time they have face to face time with a caretaker is when they are being fed and burped, other than that they are corralled in and out of swings, bouncers and their cribs. The state has mandated a 1:5 ratio but kareer kids was grandfathered in to have a 1:6 ratio, the care takers are clearly overwhelmed.
