The hologram was clearly fake, like a picture of the real hologram and there was no qr code. I took it inside to ask for refund and they refused. This is for the Keystone Ave. shop in Sayre, Pa. My daughter and I stopped for two packs of…read morecigarettes. We pulled up to the window and the female was standing at the window but was conversing with someone else to her left inside. She ignored us for about 4 minutes talking away and another car had pulled up behind us. Finally she asked what we wanted while still talking to someone else and my daughter tells her what we want and hands her $12. She comes back with the wrong cigarettes and we tell her they are wrong, exasperated she turns away and takes a few more minutes to void the receipt and make another. She then tells us we owe her another $1.16 which I knew was wrong. My daughter gives it to her anyway. then we discuss the prices and the girl argues. We were very patient at that time while cars kept pulling up behind us. She hands us the receipts and we pull away and out to the front of the store. By this time my daughter is quite frustrated and goes into the store. They argue and the receipt explains it all that J was wrong but would not return our $1.16 plus change from the $12 which was 11 cents. The argument then became heated. My daughter did not use foul language but J did and said take your business elsewhere and handed us a form to fill out to get our measly change back. As my daughter told her to go back to school to learn Math I heard J yell F--- You! I was appalled. We will be going there tomorrow to speak with a manager. Meanwhile cars are piling up.
