Everything looks/works fantastic. The install in the living room is very clean. Jerod took the time to install a outlet inside the cabinet so that no wires would be seen at all and it took the entire room up a notch. The home theatre is everything I had imagined it would be and more. Surround speakers (including rear) and TV elegantly mounted with wires inside the walls. Aside from the obvious technical expertise, Jerod's customer service is fantastic. The TV I had ordered ended up being defective. Jerod returned multiple times to help with the exchange of the TV. He took a lot of pride in making sure he left us with a truly finished product and I really appreciate that! They ran Fiber Optic cable to have our ATT Gateway moved (by ATT) in our home to maximize Wi-Fi reach/strength. They also also moved our home theatre and rerouted cabling for a very clean set up. Once the above tasks were completed, they went through the system with us to make sure everything was functioning properly. Friendly, polite, neat and professional.
