Two different cleaners were involved in my experience. My first cleaner did an excellent and thorough job. She was about 1.5 hours late, but the quality of her work was so good that I decided to sign up for monthly cleaning. A different cleaner came for my second cleaning. Although she was on time, the quality was completely different. Surfaces appeared to be spot cleaned, the kitchen and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the stove was not wiped down, and garbage bins were not emptied. I understand deep cleaning is not included and was not expecting it. These were basic cleaning tasks that had been completed during my first visit. I sent the company photos and raised my concerns. They advised me that they have a no-refund policy but offered a complimentary re-clean. The first re-clean was scheduled for 8 a.m., but nobody showed up. I had to contact the company for an update and was then told the scheduled cleaner had been in an accident and someone could come at 11 a.m. Emergencies happen, and I hope the cleaner was okay, but my concern was that nobody proactively contacted me before the appointment. I had other plans and could not accommodate 11 a.m., so we had to reschedule again. Eventually, the cleaner who had done my excellent first cleaning returned for the re-clean. Once again, she was professional, hardworking, and did a great job. My complaint is absolutely not about her. However, only after the re-clean started did I learn that the company had allocated just one hour to correct the issues from the previous cleaning. This had not been communicated to me when the re-clean was offered or scheduled. There were several areas to address, and one hour was not enough. During the appointment, I was also informed that the cleaner had received communication indicating that she would not be paid for more than the allocated hour, although she had already spent close to two hours working in my home. As soon as I learned this, I asked her to stop working and leave because I was not comfortable having someone continue working in my home if she might not be compensated for that time. Not everything could therefore be completed, and I want to emphasize that this was not the cleaner's fault. After the poor second cleaning, no-refund response, missed re-clean appointment, repeated rescheduling, communication issues, and the handling of the final re-clean, I decided to cancel my monthly service. My experience with one of their cleaners was genuinely very good, and I appreciated the quality of her work. Unfortunately, after everything that happened afterward, I no longer trust the company itself to provide a reliable and consistent service or to handle concerns appropriately. A cleaning service should make life easier, not require this much follow-up and rearranging of your schedule. Based on my overall experience, I cannot recommend this company.
