When I approached the front desk, the receptionist asked how she could help. I told her I wanted to open an account, and she asked what type. I explained that I wasn't sure and was hoping to speak with someone who could guide me through my options. She told me no one was available and that someone would call me instead. During this time, there was a man in a suit standing behind her who did not appear to be assisting anyone. The interaction felt rushed, as she quickly took my phone number and mentioned someone would contact me. I understand it was close to closing time (they close at 5 PM), but I arrived with enough time to at least schedule an appointment or receive proper assistance. It has now been a week, and I have not received any follow-up call. As someone ready to open an account and bring new business, this experience left a bad impression. Customer service and feeling welcomed matter, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations.

Pretty frustrating. Gee, you would almost think that it wasn't my money. Finally I was connected to corporate. The person from corporate headquarters said yes they could help me at the local office. But he was misinformed. I was 0 for 2 calling and trying to talk to an actual person from this office. That would have saved me the trouble of driving down here to find out they could not help me. The person explained that they have certain policies on what they can offer signature guarantees for, even though I have an account with them. Well, I sure would have liked to know that before wasting my time driving here. To be fair, the nice person at this office was very pleasant.
