Well the quality of the work is very good one of the other things is that every day that he said he would be here he came at the time he said he would come. Professional reliability is extremely important. Every time we found something unusual it was discussed decisions were made as a team with his input as well as mine. Watching him transform these deteriorating bathrooms allowed me to develop a trust in his judgment. I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.
