I had tried earlier to take some money out of the nearest ATM but it was broken. I didn't know the area and the controller informed me they wouldn't take me unless I paid upfront. I explained what had happened still she wouldn't budge. Luckily a kind driver took me to an ATM and home so I tipped him. I telephoned the office to lodge a complaint only for the controller to slam the phone down on me. Why couldn't she have used her discretion? I was hardly likely to run off without paying with 2 children and some luggage. She really was the rudest woman I've ever come across that's works with the general public. I would never use this firm or recommend it. My only praise is reserved for the driver that decided to take me home.

Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable. Karim was a very skillful driver getting us out of London in no time and on the motorway to Southampton. It was an uneventful trip. We through enjoyed our conversations with Karim on various topics. He was a very nice young man.

Ive been told by my bosses that all cars were immaculately clean and drivers have been helpful and friendly. I have been booking there standard vehicles which have been the E class but on a few occasions the cars have been upgraded to there S class Mercedes which Ive been told will be at no extra cost. i wouldn't usually post on these sort of websites but i have found it hard to find and trust a reliable car service for my bosses and feel it necessary for all others in the same postilion as me to know you can change and find better vendors.

I would recommend this taxi company as most of the drivers I have had the opportunity to travel with are very polite and usually keep good time. Once we did travel with our then three month old and we did have to provide our own baby seat , but they kept it in their office to be collected later and then despite our telling them to bring it over to the airport they forgot to do it and on one ocassion there were 3 of us with around 120kgs worth of check-in luggage and 30kgs worth hand luggage but they just turned up with a Mondeo. when they should have brought along a trailer or a people carrier in the least and this was after our ringing them up all the way from abroad to confirm etc.

Friendly control person asks where your going tells you how long the cabs gonna be, this is usually straight away. The cabbies are usually quite nice and polite, but you do get the odd rude and obnoxious cabbie but you just ignore them. Basic cab fare is £4.50 which i think is a joke for just going up the road not even a mile away but thats the basic price everywhere. would rccommend as reliable.
