I've gotten to know one of the stylists and she cuts my hair every time and does a great job. I would give 5 stars, but with everything, they're not perfect. There's one stylist there that cut my hair once when my regular wasn't there. I was waiting next in line, she came back late from her break, punched in and complained about the computer giving her a bad efficiency percentage, smelled of cigarettes, and was chewing gum. She took me to her chair and proceeded to nick my scalp making it bleed because she was in too much of a hurry. When I got home, my wife said there was some hairs still sticking up here and there, she completed the job. It's hard to trust people you don't know with a weapon in their hand.

Tracy diagnosed my hair issues immediately and taught me how to handle swimming in the pool without ruining my hair. Rinse first in tap water, then spritz with a little conditioner diluted in water which will protect from damage. She's an amazing stylist, but more importantly, a great person.
