My first stylist was on maternity leave (she did a fantastic job), so I was set up with Hannah. I'm always a little nervous when I have a new stylist, but Hannah quickly sent my nervousness out the door. I came in a complete mess, as a result of very foolishly experimenting with a color mask on a whim (let's just say, I learned my lesson, and good; won't EVER be doing that again! We both weren't sure what could be done, but Hannah had an idea, started working, and as she progressed, it starting flourishing by the minute. By the time all was done, my self-made mess was not only corrected, but it came out AMAZING. FANTASTIC. I was completely blown away, and positively giddy when I left! Hannah worked a complete miracle. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SALON AGAIN!! OVER THE MOON!!

The vibe is very laid back and intimate, with rooms that have 2 chairs in them. BEST of all though, is HANNAH. I've had 3 appointments with her, and she's one of the most talented stylists I've EVER had in the four states I've lived in in my life. What makes Hannah so awesome is that she gets exactly what you want; she's so on point it's almost like she can read your mind. Not only that, but she'll pause along the way to tell you what she's going to do next, the effect it'll have, and if you're good with that. Best of all, she'll give you her honest opinion as a professional, but she's by no means pushy. Also, she tells you the products she's using so you can get them if you want for upkeep until your next appointment. I'm only going to Legion Road Hair Design.

Asked for the picture attached. Got something completely different. Asked to have it fixed. They agreed. But then they cancelled my appointment to fix it and told me never to come back because they saw my 1-star review. I physically went and spoke to the owner, who raised his voice and belittled me for being in the military and not making enough money to pay another $300 to get it fixed. I eventually gave in and said I would delete the review so they'd fix it. It was fixed, but my hair felt dead, like dry hay. I had very healthy hair before. I fully expect the owner to comment on this and claim I am lying. I have nothing to lose so I'm telling my story again. Do not go here.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. I was excited for my hair cut.My hair cut was fantastic(5 stars for the cut). My stylist cut my hair exactly how I asked for. I reached back out to my stylist that I wanted to rebook my second appointment via Instagram(I was left on read). I went online and attempted booking multiple times with error messages each time. I had other friends attempt to book and no issues. I decided to google what could be the cause and the booking app was listing how to block a customer and to block out dates. The same message that appeared for me was displayed on my screen when I attempted to book. It is disappointing to see a stylist BLOCK you after the very First Booking. With no words said . Keep in mind I only went in for a cut. I was considering the Loft to be my permanent salon. If she was unable to continue working with me it would've been great being referred to another stylist in the salon that would want to work with me. I have attached the screenshot of the message that is displayed after every single time I attempt to book with my first last name and email and phone number.
