Sara did a good job cutting my son's hair but she was absolutely the most rude judgemental and confrontational stylist I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Before his hair cut my son and I both politely tried to explain that he was scared of clippers to which she played off as he wasn't used to it because he didn't get his haircut enough. I explained he is on the spectrum and certain things he just won't tolerate and she went onto say that's only because my child is not touched or loved enough. Her snide comments never stopped. Her regard for my child's comfort never started. We usually see Sabrina and my kids and I like her she is always polite. Thankfully Sabrina cut my other son's hair so we could be done with that nightmare of accusations and rudeness. Thank you for ruining my day Sara. For a supposed child of god you behavior was appalling. read more

Listen every time I come in with a crazy idea. "Hey Misty, I wanna go all over purple." "Hey Misty I wanna try split dye." "Hey girl what about blue?" She always knocks it out of the park!! She's phenomenal. She's great at vivids. She's great at telling me how to take care of it, education, and what I need as far as products. She's told me even products to help when salon products aren't something I can afford. Prices are always reasonable for what I want done. My stylist Misty, the manager, is wonderful! I have been seeing her for years now and won't go to anyone else! She listens to me and cuts my hair exactly how it should be cut. She also gives input before cutting my hair for the best outcome for my hair to be at its healthiest. Best head massage while getting a shampoo as well! Even if something comes out not as planned, she does everything she can to fix it and make it right. Prices are very reasonable with their new packages that are available. read more

My stylist Sara was very unprofessional and uncaring and didn't pay attention whatsoever, had to repeat how I wanted it several times and I finally decided to leave it the way she did it. She was jabbering the whole time with the other stylists and gave me the absolute WORST haircut I've ever had. Horrible fade job and totally missed a couple spots. I went to a different place to get it fixed and they had a huge fit about what a terrible job she did. Definitely NEVER going back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go there!
