I decided to try my luck at a walk-in hair cut, and was very satisfied. I was seated within 5 minutes of walking in, and had a very quick and nice cut by Dennis. He was very nice and talkative, and instantly made me feel very comfortable having him cut my hair. If I'm in the area and in need of a cut, I will definitely return and hope Dennis is there again.

Charlie had been my stylist for many years prior but I had gotten away from him in the past few years. I was wanting to get back on his schedule for regular appointments. About 1 hour before my scheduled appointment, the owner of the salon, Donna Thall, called to notify me that my appointment was cancelled because Charlie was uncomfortable with doing my hair! One hour before my appointment when I had been on the schedule since October. I had been a client of Charlie's since he began his career. Never, ever did her tell me while I was in his chair I made him uncomfortable. I was flabbergasted by the remarks and was totally devestated. I went to the salon anyway to speak face to face with Charlie only to find another client ready to jump into the chair that had been scheduled for me! I guess I was a nobody in their eyes and the other client held way more importance! I have supported this business since it's inception with pedicures, manicures, purchasing gift cards, etc and then to be treated like a nobody! The owner is to blame here, not her employees! She is very demeaning, judgemental and not a person that makes you feel welcome when you walk thru their door. Beware! The business deserves NO STARS but you have to add one in order to post!
