The boss Paul, and the operations manager Veronica are absolutely foul, vile, arrogant and ignorant. As a professional business you would expect those at the top to hold some sort of respectful professionalism, well these people just do not have this, and it is a shame. The amount of contradictory arguments that they make is mind-blowing, they act and think like everything they think of it the right way, they are not willing to consider or understand lawful procedures and conduct Do not do any type of business with these people, the stress and arrogance, insults and snide attitudes from the head of the business shows nothing but disrespect for anyone they do business with, even when the fault is on them (they will just yell at you until you ask them to leave due to aggression) They will do what they can to get one over you and will refuse to act with respect.
