I initially started to speak with Taylor who I believe is the admin for the therapists. At first I thought this place was in order because she followed up with me and asked what I was looking for through the process. Guess what, nothing was in order and it's so disappointing when you're trying to get help and have to go through a bad experience with experts that help people. This is not the case where all they were looking for is the next person to take money from. One of the worse things Allison did was, when we were done with our session she didn't even walk us out to the front door and said your time is up when would you like to schedule another day and time? All I have to say is WOW! At that, this session was for my daughter when we arrived she said, oh this session will start with myself and my wife, so my daughter had to wait at the front. What a joke! I have text messages from Taylor to bring my daughter. Even the online links she sent were out of wack. I should of researched more especially when you only have 3 reviews. Later to find out Allison is only an intern for the company, go figure. I promise, everyone please be careful and do your research. The owner Rebecca is not even here in Vegas and only does virtual sessions. I feel it's more personal when your trying to see a therapist or psychiatrist in person. Rebecca should definitely reevaluate who she hires for her office. Horrible how you don't even walk us out and say okay thanks for coming. Unbelievable, I'm in sales and I would never ever do that to my clients. I tried to reach out to Taylor and she literally went ghost and shows on text she read all texts I sent. This place is a scam and they will take your money. Please be careful everyone! I went ahead and changed the stars, because Rebecca reached out and made everything right. What a difference when I spoke with her. It shows that she is a professional and I wish she was here in Vegas. I really do not want to bash anyone, but Allison needs a lot of training in her field. This practice is awful. I like my doctor. I've been seeing Dr. Castillo since 2018 and before him…read moresaw Dr. Suba starting in 2016. But the practice as a whole is terrible. Whoever the call center people are are clearly foreign. They mess things up every visit and are painful to deal with. Dr. Castillo does Telehealth only since he moved, so doing all of the scheduling directly with him is best. He is usually always late for appointments, which is less frustrating when the appointments are Telehealth and I'm not sitting in a waiting room. He often forgets which medications we have tried in the past, but is very easy to work with and will always present different options to choose from which I appreciate. Dealing with the practice is infuriating. I'm not sure what it is like to go in office at this point but back when I did go in to the office for appointments I wasn't impressed.

My oldest son is the patient being seen here and needs some outside advise to help the grief process. He is finally ready to begin this journey and this is the reason for the visit. When we pulled into the parking lot the outside building where the psychiatrist is located it is gorgeous. It has that Southern mansion feel to it. The designers used great detail and thought on the building. The office is located inside on the lower floor. Their office has a modern looking waiting area with current magazine too. I can catch up on the latest summer tips from InStyle and the fairytale wedding from England. The chairs in the waiting area are current with the times and very stylish. The admin assistant of the office was very friendly greeting us and assisting with the paperwork. The art work on the walls is very tasteful and inspiring to look at. The whole atmosphere of the office is a fabulous upscale place to enjoy from patient or staff here. The psychiatrist was very helpful and welcomed us to the appointment. I felt less awkward after the greeting were out of the way. This was a productive step and I did feel that the doctor listened to all our issues. He provided ways in which my son can move forward. The doctor was empathetic and did not play the blame game with any issues of pain that we are struggling with. Dr. J Wood was professional in all ways and seems to understand that we need to seek outside help to make us whole again. He is not quick to medicate either. The solutions that he is suggesting are easy strategies that we can incorporate over time. Look forward to the next time we visit.

We were seen a few days after our first call to schedule. Once we were seen to have our first therapist visit we were scheduled way out. So far the intake person was compassionate, non judgmental, and had referred us to a few therapist. Kelly or Brenda. Once we start going on a regular basis I'll be able to update on how sessions are taken care of.
