They took our X-rays as baseline for new patients and Dr B came to introduce himself before anything began and explained his approach (minimal but very thorough) to dentistry. Got the call this morning the permanent crown arrived and they got me in to have it put in place. The extra effort was very much appreciated! I like his dental philosophy and would recommend anyone to go there for dental needs.

My wife and I have been going to this practice for the last 3 years, and recently we decided to…read morestop going there due to the following: * They mainly prefer doing crowns, and the doctor doesn't do fillings--it seems it's not worth his time unless there is crown involvement. * The new front desk staff never respond to messages. * Over the last year, I started noticing they send additional bills without explanation, even after paying the copay at checkout. * Their hygiene staff keeps changing, and we have to go over everything again with each new hygienist. Unfortunately, i decided to leave a review here due to not getting a response on their follow up survey ,we have to find a different practice, even though we have invested a lot of time and money there.

I would not recommend him at all. He took a big chunk out of my tongue during a crown removal. The assistant blamed it on my tongue moving around during the procedure. I said, so the next patient is going to be told that there is a good chance a chunk of tongue will be taken out during a crown removal? They finally decided to use a tongue depressor to hold my tongue down and keep my tongue out of the way. Their excuse was that they did not anticipate the movement. What is this, the first time they have done this? Then the assistance kept running out of the office to get things. Why were they not prepared for all the tools and items they needed before I got there? There were more issues but I'm only going to concentrate on two: the chunk of tongue they took out and the disorganization. I'm not going back until Dr. Nguyen comes back.
