A Place to Avoid.
I was given details of this place by a women who claimed her son "Salmaan" had treatment. I decided to go ahead with the top teeth to see how it goes. I was asked to pay in cash only in GPB with no breakdown or invoice so zero paperwork. The front 2 chipped. I went back to fix it and decided to do the bottom ones as well. During my second visit I found out I was being charged far too much as I paid £2700 on my first visit and on my second visit he wanted £7500 in cash then asked for more. He also said if I paid by card I would pay 23% on top. I started finding all this quite dodgy and demanded an invoice. Let me make it clear this place is above a bazaar whereas the other clinics are in prime locations which I only found out on my second visit. After demanding an invoice he kept delaying it and towards the end of my visit demanded my passport. At this point I had found out he had charged me for more teeth than I had also previously charged for teeth cleaning he didn't do, when he filed my bottom teeth he hit some nerves which led to root canals and he wanted to charge by each root canal so the costs were going up to nearly £9000. At this point I decided not to go ahead without an official detailed quotation on headed paper,detailing how many teeth, bridges and all work that he would carry out with cost broken down against the description of work. and a guarantee as it was getting too expensive and I also decided to do consultations at other places and they were quoting me half plus the service they were giving picking up from the airport, professionalism all English speaking staff and other perks.
Yonus and the dentist started making pressure that we will sort this out including going to the hotel and making a scene. At this point I decided I did not trust them and I didn't want to go ahead. To my surprise the police turned up at the hotel and took me to the station to make a statement. Shockingly Yonus and Aykout made a complaint that I didn't want to pay. I was presented with an invoice that I never saw with an outrageous amount I never agreed with my signature.I never signed anything, I was never given an invoice. I was in disbelief. They wanted to intimidate me maybe as I was female and alone in a foreign country. Luckily the police were very nice and noticed something was going on.
I warn everyone who is thinking about going here to avoid this place. They are bullies and crooks. read more
