The next time it broke, it only half snapped off, so I just left it. Since seeing Duncan I haven't had this problem anymore and all my teeth look so much better. I also really didn't know what a proper clean was meant to be like either, after 31 years I don't think anyone had actually ever given my teeth such a clean. Now my boyfriend and family have also starting seeing him after hearing about my experience and seeing my teeth :) I use to dread going to the dentist but now I look forward to my visits and watching TV on their amazing screens. This review is for no gap dental in Wynyad…read more I had my appointment at 2.00 PM. I went there little bit early at around 1.55 and was told that all staff were on lunch break. Till 2.14 there was no one at the reception. I finally was taken to the dentist. I only had a sensitive tooth. So doctor Kishan Keshwara spent lot of time explaining me advantages of doing a full check up. I was during my lunch break, hence i have asked him to attend to my sensitive tooth on left side of my mouth. He then took two set of x-rays and said there are lot of teeth need attention and started doing two fillings. I am no medical expert, however this is what he did for the fillings, he pump air to clean up around the teeth and then applied some sort of a paste that filled the gaps and the cracks on the teeth. Whole process took less than 10 min. I was out by 2.26. The best part is then I was told two of the fillings ( item number 531 and 532) are not covered by my medical insurence. Note that I have the second best cover with CBHS. And has not used any dental for this year. So guess what the bill was $330 (all other x-rays - there were about 5 other items which they charge were covered by the fund) . I am no medical expert, however the dentist did not use any needle nor used any equipment to clean up the teeth, all that was done was putting the cream and then some sort of a light. I am very unhappy for the charges. However i will let experts decide what his procedure is acceptable or not as i am no expert. For me, never to no gap dental in Wynyard again.

I was in root canal infection pain and if Id know they have no time I'd make a booking somewhere else straight away! So not professional! Plus the fees the are charging are outrageous! You've got absolute top of the line equipment and machinery, 55" 4K Tv's mounted for you to watch in the chair, iPads to use for checking in; they've effectively reproduced the "Apple" customer service feel in a dental practice.
