Volunteer makes it an easier experience for both child and parent. Due to COVID, they have you call upon arrival, share your parking spot number, and wait in your car. When they are ready for you, the hygienist comes out to get you. They are currently (Feb 2022) requiring masks for those inside as well. Once inside, they weigh your kiddo (not sure why?) and bring them back to the exam room. Most X-rays and the cleaning and exam will be done in the same room. It has a child-sized dental chair and a TV mounted to the ceiling for the kids to watch Disney while their mouth is examined. The only time my son left was to get the 360 x-ray done of his mouth. The hygienist and dentist, Dr. Valerie, are great at explaining what they will be doing, patient, and have a calming demeanor that can put even the most nervous, wiggly offspring at ease. The trip to the treasure box doesn't hurt with easing the nerves, either! ;-)

I loved having a website that let me schedule online and have text to work through confirming appointments. The website to submit paperwork in advance was really nice as well. The front staff and dental team were great on both visits. Any dental visits are tough for me generally due to a lot of challenges but they worked through them (and with me being a newer patient) and made me feel like I had been there forever. The tech was good - got pictures, x-rays, etc. They dictated my gum placements via a headset and helped me learn more than I ever had anywhere else before. The dental work was good overall for what I had done. I'll be back and will keep posting updates as I get to a few more visits.

I called the dentist office to notify them that i was almost there. That is when the receptionist advised me that there were unsure if I could be seen bc the 200 hundred dollar balance on my acct. (even though I had set up a payment plan with their office manager- who wasn't not there that day) I advised them I had been paying on the balance and that the office manager and i were aware, however, the dentist was the one who didn't want to proceed. I left work to come to this appt. They waited until the time of my appt to say anything. If there was a concern or a problem with the balance, they should've said that the balance would have to be paid off before being seen. Instead of wasting my time, money, and gas. I didn't get an apology. No acknowledgment or nothing. Badly managed, poor customer service, no sympathy, no common courtesy, no common nothing! Last time I visited they made me feel so uncomfortable. I came to get a certain procedure done and they he guy came and got me and started cleaning my teeth. Finally, I said something and told him I was there for a root canal and he immediately stopped. So again, this place is a joke.
