Dr. Adam attempted to perform my daughter's filling without anesthesia. He said it was a small cavity and that it'll be ok. Right after he started drilling she began to feel pain. He then tried to administer the anesthesia without first numbing her gums, which caused her additional discomfort. Despite her being in pain, he told her to hold a bit longer and that he was almost done. When I asked him to numb her gums before proceeding, he seemed annoyed by the request. For a pediatric dental practice, this level of care and consideration is concerning. Children's experiences at the dentist can have a lasting impact, and this approach does not help create a positive or comfortable environment for young patients. Dr. Tran deserves recognition for his outstanding care, but our experience with Dr. Adam was frustrating and unacceptable.

They also had giant blocks in the lobby for the kids to play with while waiting. But we didn't have to wait long, probably less than 5 min after we checked in to be seen at our appointment time. As for the staff, they were super friendly and professional. They were obviously experienced with kids and made my son feel very comfortable. They also answered his weird questions and made jokes and tried to connect with him to make him comfortable. They weren't rude or pushy. So perfect personalities for a 5 year old who was already anxious to go to the dentist. For the treatment itself, well, my husband is a dentist and we did not feel like this place is trying to upsell treatment or trick you, which many corporate dentists do to make $$. Dr. Amanda, was honest about the treatment and explained the X-rays and even had charts to show me about whatever treatment was recommended. She was also really good with kids and interested to learn more about my son and what type of treatment plan might work for him and his fear levels. She was understanding and fit us in within a week to have his teeth treated. Thus, I would recommend this location!

At check in Dashea quickly helped me and answered all of my questions about my insurance. Ke took X-rays of my daughters teeth and engaged her the whole time with small talk to keep her preoccupied and at ease. Dr. Farokh took extra time to explain the treatment plan for my daughter and gave me all of the available options and didn't just push for what she wanted. And at the end of the visit my daughter received a balloon and a gift bag which was the highlight of her visit. If you are in need a good pediatric dentist this place is a must!!

I really have to do an update because this office is really amazing…read more My 4 year old had to come back for silver caps aka princess crowns per Dr. Sam and I was pretty nervous because she was going to go under anesthesia and be sleep for the procedure. Dr. Amanda was the anesthesiologist and she answered any question I may have had when she came out to introduce herself to my daughter, my aunt and myself so we were definitely at ease with the procedure happening. We were given an update on her progress every 15 minutes or so and the whole procedure took an hour and she had 8 silver caps placed on her back teeth. Once the procedure was done we were able to sit in the recovery room while my daughter napped for 30 minutes before we woke her to leave. Also, my 4 year old had zero pain after the medicine wore off and we didn't even need to give her any Motrin or Tylenol. I really appreciate the way that the whole staff treated us from the front desk to the dental assistants and the Dr's. I could not be happier that I found this office for my children's dental needs! Also, special shout out to Aylene at the front desk because she was super helpful with the payment process and so kind. Next up is my teenager to get braces so we will for sure be back!!

It was his first time getting X-rays and an actual cleaning (last time the doctor just brushed his teeth at a different location) but with a little team work they were able to get the X-rays completed. Kaitlyn made sure to explain every step of the process so my son would feel included and it definitely paid off. He had so much fun he wanted to take the dental instruments home & keep the cleaning going. There was little to no wait time from the checkin to the X-rays, dental cleaning and doctor exam which is always appreciated when you have a small child. Dr. Farokh was awesome in explaining her concerns but also listening to see if these concerns impact the child before going full into treatment plans which i appreciate. I will definitely be returning and recommending this dentist to friends and family.
