I had an appointment scheduled and arrived 15 minutes early as usual. The lady asked for my information, messed around with the computer and instructed me to have a seat. Shortly after my appointment was set to begin and others who arrived after me had gone back I was called back up to the window and advised my appointment had been canceled due to not confirming. Mind you I have a perfect history of attending my appointments as scheduled. The confirmation texts they send don't indicate the visit will be canceled and I NEVER received a cancellation text or call. This is POOR patient care. I have a busy work and home life and made several adjustments for the appointment. I wasn't offered an apology for the inconvenience of my unnecessary drive there in the rain nor the wait to be told what happened with my appointment. The best they could offer was for me to wait awhile to see if I'd be able to be seen. Circling back to a few months ago, I should've left the practice the time I showed up as scheduled and they couldn't find me in the schedule. I was in pain from a procedure there a couple of weeks ago and happily agreed, although a backup dentist was in. The office needs to take this time to update their notification system and review their patient services process. read more

Dr. George and his team are awesome! Nothing makes me more anxious than the dentist; Dr. George has really put my anxiety at ease. I've noticed after assessment he plans out the treatment plan in a way that's shaped around your feedback and comfort. He has become our family dentist and can't imagine being anywhere else. Dr. George and his team are friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. Dr. George doesn't try to overcharge you like most dentists or recommend expensive dental equipment. He offers very fair costs and he even does the cleaning himself. Dr. George seems like a solid, honest dentist. The only negative I have about this office is that they are hard to contact and difficult to reach by phone. I also had one experience with an assistant who said she would call me back and she did not. Availability is also tough but they are probably booked up far in advance because they offer great service! read more

My daughter and I just went to Dr. George at Smile Right Dental today 9/20/16. The Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ingrid at the front desk even took the time to explain my insurance to me & that my insurance covered cleanings at 100% so there was absolutely no out of pocket charge for my cleanings today. I was not used to that at all. Something very interesting to note about Dr. George. He's not just a normal Dentist. He's a Prosthodontist, and he did a beautiful job on my daughter's filling today. He really took his time & ensured it was perfect, like a piece of art. She is very afraid of needles, and he took such good care of her, and was so gentle that he had her numb before she knew it & never even realized that he used a needle. It was masterful. Connie was super friendly, and knowledgeable. She talked my daughter through the entire process, explaining things to her in ways she would understand & provided her with a very soothing and friendly conversation; all while staying one step ahead & providing the Doc with everything he needed. I highly recommend Dr. George and Smile Right Dental to anyone in the area looking for a very honest Dentist who does impeccable work, with an office full of friendly and knowledgeable professionals. I had previously been a patient of Dr. George when he was located near SouthPark Mall. Dr. George not only provides great dental care, but he listens to the needs or preferences of his patients to ensure that it's a positive experience from the time you walk in the door. I also thought it was great to hear him speak about how it was important to him to be able to provide access and services to all types of patients. Connie, Dr. George's Dental Assistant, was pleasant and friendly. They worked together great as a team, which made me feel even more at ease despite being there to get a rather stubborn wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. George, to me, has been more skilled and more knowledgeable about how to take care of less common situations that other dentists that I've been to in the past. This has been a huge time and cost saver since with others I've seen for the same issues, I typically get a referral to someone else and the expense of 2 - 3 trips for the same item...but I can avoid all of that with Dr. George. Throughout the experience, the office was honest and transparent with potential costs and patiently explained the options and possible outcomes or decisions that I might have to make after we got started. After the procedure, Ingrid called me the next day to check-in and ensure that I was doing okay. Awesome and thanks Ingrid! When I learned that Dr. George moved locations, I was more than willing to drive out of my way to continue to get my dental care. Being in a shopping center has convenience of location and without hesitation I'd recommend Dr. George and his office to anyone I know. read more

I was two years removed from my last dental appointment and figured it was about time to fix that. I stumbled across Smile Right for no other reason than it was the nearest to where I was at the time. They were able to see me on short notice and I am thrilled with my luck that I found Dr. George. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There's always a million things going on, but they acknowledged me right as I walked in and when they said, "it will just be a few minutes," it was actually just a few minutes! I had a cleaning and several cavities filled (two years of not flossing will do that to you). The work was quick, painless, and I am happy with the results. I think my favorite part of my experience is that Dr. George would tell me what to expect throughout the procedure. If there was going to be a small pinch or if he thought I'd feel some sensitivity, he would let me know in advance. For me, it makes a huge difference. I definitely plan on staying with Smile Right. Dr. George and staff are exceptional. They made me feel at home from start to finish. The staff were very courteous and professional. I went there twice to get my wisdom tooth removed and though I was a bit tensed, Dr. George skillfully extracted the tooth with zero pain. Highly recommended. He knew nothing of my problem or how to solve it and then of course made it worse and then charges me for making it worse? Whatever you do, stay away from this gas station dentist office.
