The image was is no way associated to any work performed by anyone at this office. Far as I can tell a 3rd party messaging service was to blame for the ignorance, however the apology did seem disingenuous. When I inquired about dental work I got a quick response then when it was proven I had little to no money for it, I was ignored. Even just for advice on how to go about finding a dentist that accepts assistance for a legitimate emergency dental problem. I can't say for sure if the dentist knew or not but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Either way, leaving the responsibility of patient communication with a service as shaky as that, suggests poor judgement. Just sayin...
