When the job was first completed, it looked fantastic, and I was genuinely happy with the result. Unfortunately, within just three months, cracks started appearing. At first there were only a few, so I contacted the company several times, but received no response. By around eight months, more and more cracks had developed. Again, I reached out multiple times and still received no response. Today, the concrete has more cracks than ever, and there has been no effort to inspect the work or resolve the issue. What makes this even more disappointing is that I looked after the team while they were on site by providing lunch for three days. I also gifted the owner a Samsung CCTV unit valued at approximately $6,500 at no cost as a gesture of goodwill. To add to my frustration, we had agreed on a fixed price before the work commenced, but the final cost increased by an additional $10,000. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. Quality workmanship is only part of the job--standing behind your work and responding to customers when problems arise is just as important.

We contacted them multiple times since,and they have now stopped responding. Poor quality, they scratched the inside of our garage floor with the packers, and they did not honor the contract.
