It was the worst customer service…read moreI've ever had so let me tell you what took place I called and when Customer Service picked up, the phone did not introduce herself by name or company so I didn't even know if I was calling the right business or not and then I asked her is this 2nd Wind. Our response was yes, and then she's like what can I help you with by her tone how she came off and saying that was very very rough. So I try to explain to her that I was looking and trying to purchase a new unit or a response to me was well. Let me see if I can get a a technician at that point. I stopped her and said don't worry about it. I wish you a better day and hung up the phone. I wish Mr. Lawler was still running this business. They won't ever get my business again.
