They really know their stuff. My taxes however are not al lthat basic so it goes pay to go to a pro. All I do is collect the documents, mail them and they send back a nice package with all my docs to sign and mail back. It is incredibly professional. For the level of service I pay about $200 a told. Well worth every penny and they include my local taxes. Also JR has helped my family with tax planning through the years and everyone I have talked to has always been polite and helpful.
