It really did help to remember names, causes sometime it rings back to someone expected. Trust me that as long as you know you prescription, technician name, just let them know what you need. they will treat you with nothing but respect. All the employees in the store are very polite and helpful. The assortment of items is about what you works expect from a drug/convenience store.

Before I confirmed the pharmacy with the doctor, I double checked online that it was still open 24 hours. Arrive to the pharmacy at 9:08 to find out they close at 9:00. The kid working the counter told me they changed hours a month ago because of staffing. Would have been nice if they updated the hours online. Head back to the pharmacy 25 minutes away from my house only to find out they were not yet open because the pharmacist was coming from 1.5 hours away. I wait 45 minutes in store for my prescription. They call my name and start to ring me up. Then they realize that I had two prescriptions sent in. Have to wait longer. These are both new prescriptions to me and all they say to me is "Do you have any questions?" I get home and realize that I'm shorted 2.5 days of one antibiotic. I call and ask if they can just mail me the 5 pills I'm short. He says there's no way he can do that, I have to bring the pills back in and they can give me what they shorted me. I will not be returning to this store for even non-pharmacy needs.

"Joe" the pharmacist on duty informed them that they had no insurance info on file so he didn't fill it. They explained that the prescription had been filled previously so they should have the info. He abruptly said they had nothing. When presented with their insurance info, he said it wasn't valid and was denied. After getting the info confirmed from the primary insured parent, he still would not accept. My grandchild called the insurance company and he refused to talk to them on their phone and insisted something changed with the insurance since the last refill. After a call directly to him from the insurance company he finally agreed to fill it. I complained about his attitude and told him he needed to work on his customer service . At this point he threatened to not give them the medication unless I left! It took over an hour to get a simple refill . Worst attitude in an employee I have encountered in a very long time. My husband's on heart medication he needs his medication immediately the doctor ordered it at 9 AM and at closing. They still did not have his medication. My doctor just ordered painkiller Tylenol, 3 and antibiotics when my husband went to pick it up, they told him Tylenol can be over the not through the so I called to inform them that was Tylenol 3 and I got an answering machine and they never called me back. I have an absess tooth I needed those painkillers.
