This facility had comparable prices, easy access, clean and secure facilities, and friendly staff on site to help whenever we needed it. Kim at the front desk was especially helpful in getting us set up, assisting us in getting our address changes made while we traveled, and then closing out our accounts when we were ready to move out. The management is very petty. We didn't have to deal with them often but when we did it was always…read morea hassle. Nitpicking, little charges for nothing. Like they were doing you a favor by renting to you. The facility is nice. We moved solely because of the management. People matter. Moved to Best Homes Storage a little ways away where the owner has been great to deal with. We checked out on 6/15 - A Plus then charged rest of the month's rent (Ok, we can deal with that) PLUS $45 saying that we gave less than 2 weeks notice from the time we moved out. End of the month 6/30 was 2 wks 1 day away. I pointed this out and they didn't even respond. Asked when we got the bill if the unit was still available (since we are paying for it). It was filled immediately so they made plenty. They didn't indicate they would refund the $45. See what I mean. Petty.

I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here.

The temperature stays between 66-74 degrees at all times. Unit sizes include 5X10 to 20X10. These units have an indoor hallway and alarm systems for extra protection. Also, WE ARE Above Ground Level!! This means that we have a drainage system that goes underneath our entire asphalt platform driving area. All moisture drains away from anything on our surface to underground. There is never any moisture leaking into a unit on our property.
