My experience was extremely negative. The handling of my matter was rushed, disorganized, and completely lacking in the level of care and reasoning expected from a normal legal practitioner. It often seemed like decisions were being pushed forward without any clear or logical strategy, which made the entire process feel chaotic and poorly thought out. Just as concerning was the overall level of professionalism. During my time there, I personally observed behavior in the office that I found inappropriate for a professional setting and that raised serious concerns for me about judgment and focus. It made it difficult to feel confident that my case was being handled with the seriousness or soberness it deserved. Communication only made things worse. My questions were brushed aside, and I was left feeling ignored and completely in the dark. I left this experience with zero confidence in this attorney's judgment or approach. If you're looking for someone careful, thoughtful, and professional, look elsewhere.

When I finally moved I found out they went and got a eviction after the fact of me being gone and the letter that I got said that i owed 18,000 something dollars in back rent and legal fees the legal fees was between 3000 or 4000 but I did not owe 14,000 in back rent for one there isn't any apartments complex or landlord that would allow u to get behind like that and me moving one month before my lease expired would not be 14,000 so worse case they could say I broke my lease agreement that I sign and want the last months rent but they kept my deposit so I shouldn't have owed anything and I think it's crazy that the courts/judge would just sign off on something like this without someone being served and the judge should have also seen thru the shit the apartment complex asking for that amount for rent he should have been can u prove that they never paid u for these months or proof they broke the rental agreement 9 months remaining on the agreement or do u have proof of damages but they don't they allow these landlords and attor come in and come up with these random amounts of money they think that they are owed and they agree and order u to pay and one way that u know that they are screwing people we had a friend son and other kids get water on the gym floor with her stuff but they didn't damage anything they only made a mess and it was disrespectful of them but they was kids and made a mistake but they didn't damage anything but the same complex took the mother to court and they claimed the exact amount of 18,000 something in damages and legal fees that was done and the judge also signed off on that and the judge saying he seen that amount in damages is a lie and they didn't have any proof they had to pay out that amount in repairs because they only had to pick of the trash and mop up the water but it didn't matter its a crooked system and they work together and it's a buddy system and I would be very interested in finding out if the judge signing off on that amount in their favor isn't a little deal that he gets a kick back from the law firm because it's funny how most of the people that have received letters or had to go to court against this law firm that the amount is extremely high and their isnt any proof the back up for you being order to pay that amount

I was told I HAD to call the mortgage company to get it. I gave all of the paperwork and all they did was the legal documentation. Once we closed, finally, on 12/9, I was told I would receive my wire transfer in less than 24 hours. I even called my bank to ask how instantaneous my bank received wire transfers and they said instantly by a certain timeframe. So, I called Greater Nashville Title back on 12/10 and asked if the wire transfer had been sent. It was sent 28.5 hours after closing only once I had inquired! As of this moment, I still have not received my closing funds and I MUST be out of my home by 12/19. These funds are dependent on me finding another place to live and obtaining a moving company, otherwise the investor will charge me $100/day to remain here. This has been the most stressful process I have ever gone through. Glad to know they absolutely love to cause stress on people, especially the worst time of the year during the holiday season when things are even more tough. Thanks so much, GNT (sarcasm).

They were very informative throughout my case, and literally handled every single aspect of my case which made my life a lot easier. The updates were important and frequent and working with Brad and Ty showed that Ponce Law is the way to go for a personal injury firm. I'd say Ponce Law is the best in Nashville and I would recommend ANYONE to Ponce Law for the ones who need services that fall under the scope of what Ponce handles. Definitely call Ponce Law! Get the consultation and let them handle the case for you!

I didn't dent her driver side door, I didn't cause any real damage and I filed immediately with my insurance carrier to get their car repaired. The damages to the person's car totaled $597, parts and labor. I thought all was settled and well until I received a notice about 11 months later, that I was being sued. The person had filed a bodily injury claim for $70,000 against my insurance the claim was denied. They then sued me, for the same amount. After almost a year of getting a case together for trial, she finally settled and only received, MAYBE $4500.00. I get, Ponce has a job to do, but I feel like being the established firm they are. They should be able to better judge foolishness. I was literally going 5-10 when I hit the person. While a thousand percent my fault. This was a result of wasted resources and sleepless nights for me. Some do require their services, reckless and egregious drivers. I was not nor have I ever been either and I did everything I should have done in ensuring I accepted accountability.
