I scheduled a date of delivery on that first call and Marc followed up on the day of to give me a heads up that the boys (his sons) were arriving shortly. All the pieces look great (as they always do) and they burn super long. It's a really clean burn and an easy light. They even include (and separately store) kindling to make everything easy. I had $25 in cash so asked if he could take $5 worth of wood out of the $30 bundle, or make me up a $10 bundle. No, wouldn't do it? Will you take the other $5 through Venmo, I have $25 in cash? No. Rude, every time.
