I was still little when I saw my first lobster jump out of the pot and my Aunt Ev grabbed it and put it back in the pot. I know Uncle Joe was always kind to his employees, because many of them seemed to just love him. And he made the best hot dogs I ever had. We lived in Indiana and nobody around here made any that good. I remember he mailed us some one time and it was like a national holiday for us! They are all gone now, that generation, and are loved and missed.
