She told her she was coming and was on the phone and would bring it back when she took her stuff out. "Jennifer" tried to walk away with the basket with my wife's things in the basket still. She told her that the carts can't be outside and even though we do it we can't do it on her shift. My wife tells me "Jennifer" stood closely and stared at her while she was trying to rush to get her stuff out of the basket while still on the phone with the bank. I had called asking about prices trying to see if I could get her name but she said Rosie. So I don't know, Jennifer/rosie, you gave poor representation of the lgbt community toward a member of that community and I'm extremely disappointed. Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.
