They did not finish the job but gave the impression it was completed AND I PAID THEM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Once I found out it was not completed, I made numerous phone calls in which they admitted they had not finished but promised they would. After months of asking and arguing with them, I had to pay another tree removal company $4280 to finish the project. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a well documented complaint, the BBB made phone calls, sent letters and finally a registered letter. Tree Solutions NEVER RESPONDED. Again, I would give them a ZERO if I could. BEWARE of this company.

The equipment being in the yard caused mud and ruined the existing grass. But... after removal of all equipment, whatever grass planted has not grown anything but weeds. We purposely watered and cared for the "new grass planted areas"!. We waited a while to make this review hoping for some better result. (August 1) Not at all satisfied with that outcome. We didn't actually see them putting grass down, so asked, "Oh yes". Lots and lots of straw though. We would have been better off planting grass ourselves. I think what sets them apart is the have all of the heavy duty equipment. They can literally take a huge tree, shove it into a giant grinder and shred it in a couple minutes. He's bonded and insured, which was very important to me. Fast forward to last week. The garage construction guy calls and says the are coming in early to build the foundation. That meant the trees had to go. I called Greg and explained my problem and he squeezed me in over the weekend. I totally happy and would use no others.
