They did not fix the issue for good on the first visit and the ceiling that was newly redone began leaking once more. On the second visit after having hopefully resolved the issue for good, they showed me that my upstairs unit air filter was dirty and removed it with me thinking that they put in a replacement on that day, but they did not and also did not let my landlord know to buy a new one! I checked a week later and our unit had been running without a filter the whole time (at least put the dirty one back in if there is no replacement). Bottom line, go with another company to save your time, your AC and heating unit, and your health. You might ask "were they at least respectful to you and your roommates" and that would be a no. They weren't vocal about the issues being fixed and didn't even tell me that they were leaving or had fixed the issue for good while I was in my room with the door wide open.

When Mr. Benton realized the problem could not be solved day of, he ensured that window units were installed the next morning without question. I have never seen this happen before. We needed extra documentation for our warranty company and he provided this promptly as well.
