I am mostly "uncomfortable", I always feel like something is off with my body, and it causes me to have the urge to "shrug" my shoulders, and just generally be jittery, and always feel a little unrelaxed. I noticed major improvements very quickly once I started getting my adjustments. The big eye opener for me, was recently, I was unable to attend any appointments for a full month,,, I didn't even realize how great I had been feeling, until going that month without an adjustment!
