The inside tread of both front tires was completely gone and Goodyear had no interest in working on my car, because they thought it was such a gamble. I was recommended to go here by the folks at Goodyear and thank god for their recommendation. After driving 40 miles from Hayes to WaKeeny my vehicle was serviced within an hour and a half and I was back on the road. The staff could not have been any nicer and the price was incredibly reasonable. Most importantly, had they not been willing to service my car, I would have had to ship my car the rest of the way across the country. With the work they performed, I was able to drive another 2,000 miles safely to my destination! Thanks, TJ's!!!!! I owe you!

R&R found the right parts, disassembled the differential and rear axle, replaced all 5 studs, reassembled the axle, and got us back on the road the same day. They even worked with us to try to get a replacement wheel so we wouldn't have to drive on the spare across Kansas. The owner's wife was going to drive one back from Salinas, but sadly the Ram dealer in Salina didn't have any that fit. I hope I never have to get auto service in Oakley again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Had an inner blowout on my RV on Sunday afternoon. Called up Jack to see if he could fix it. He…read moresaid i'm on a roadside repair i'll be back to the shop in an hour. He was there in 30 minutes. He checked to see if he had the size I needed and he did. For a man in his 70s he sure can sling those heavy tires. He put two new tires on the rear of the RV and torqued them down. Then he told be drive few miles and he'll check the torque again. Very old school. Almost forgot that he gave he an excellent deal on the RV tires! Jack is the best! Our car broke down on I-70 in between exits in Kansas as the sun was setting and…read morethe snow was starting. Jack was there in no time. We had a u-haul trailer attached to our SUV and he was able to tow that too. We had our dog so he brought us to a dog friendly hotel, helped us with our bags (so nice) and towed everything back to his shop. He looked at the car first thing in the morning and when we were back in action he came to pick us up. He made what could have been an awful, scary situation into a pleasant one. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
