There was nobody Guarding the Gates or the Doorways. I Had All The Time in The World To Grab Anything My Heart's Desire. All the Wares and Artifacts were Left UnAttended. I Did Not. I Waited. I was Not Greeted. I Had To Call Out For Help. And Still There Was No Answer to My Call. Finally as My Soul Grew Faint and My Desperation Unknown, Out of The Distance Appeared a Meek and Humble Servant. He Seemed Unpleasant and Not Eager to Assist me in my search for Fine Cigars. He informed me that I was Prohibited from wearing UV Protective Eye-Wear and Shade Producing Head Coverings within the Gates of The City. He Forced Me to Remove my Prescribed UV Protective Eyewear. The Glare From the Sunlight Beaming Through the Port Holes Burned My Eyes, It was Hard To Sea. He Finally begrudgingly took and assisted me with my order. Thankfully I left Unscathed and Cigars in Hand. Thirst Quenched. The Worst Customer Service I Ever Had. I will definitely be visiting Tobacco City again. Thank You and Have a Nice Day!

This is a nice, compact smoke shop. There are cigarettes and the like behind the counter and soft…read moredrinks in the cooler, if that's what you're there for. If you're in search of a nice cigar, the glassed-in (but not locked! Huzzah!) humidor spans the length of the shop. Here you'll find your Fuente, your Punch, your Cohiba, your Romeo y Julieta, but also some lower-priced brands. I have picked up a few gems here on a low budget. There is reasonable size diversity here, although not all brands have the full line available, as seems to be common in tobacco shops--especially those with limited space. In fairness, though, selling cigars is an expensive trade, no thanks to taxes and regulations. Most tobacconists have to be pretty conservative about their overhead in this day and age, and this is a smaller shop. There is coffee available in urns, although I haven't tried it because they only seem to make it on demand (fair enough) and aren't particularly eager to make a whole new one after five, which is when I usually pass by there after work. The gentleman I've seen at the counter every time is cordial, although you'll obviously need to hurry up at the cash register if you have a line of people behind you waiting to buy lottery tickets. After you've paid, though, you're welcome to stick around and smoke, as there are several plastic tables with chairs in the less busy area toward the back of the store. This store is located in the Austintown Plaza on Mahoning Avenue, west of Route 11. Be forewarned that there seems to be one main exit from the whole place (and it's not a small plaza), and since Mahoning Avenue is a busy street it has a long light, so if you are pressed for time you might want to hold off for another day. Additionally, since this shop is part of a strip mall, parking might not supremely easy to find. Do make the trip if you can, though, because the cigars and the overall experience will be well worth your while.
