I go there 4 all of my needs and they absolutely take care of me every time....I accidentally left something in their counter and didn't even know it but when I went in 3 days later they had it wrapped in the receipt waiting 4 me.... fast-forward to today and needed something different and again they took care of me!!! Selling expired juice. Walked out opened bottle seen best by date as 7/17. Used qr code scanner to see production date and it read 7/06/2016. Went right back in to store and thought it would be a simple exchange or refund. No instead they argued about it and said i was wrong and then went to walk over to exchange bottles and then told that they couldnt do it because i opened bottle. I've always loved good reviews about this establishment until now. My most recent experience left me dumbfoundead. I recently purchased a vape a Droid 60 which is not the first one that I have purchased I really like the durability of them but unfortunately there was a defect never allowing it to take a charge from day one. When I went in and expressed my issue with receipt I was told that I was going to be giving a an exchange which is all I wanted I wanted the mod I enjoyed the mod. We were all the way down to doing the exchange in the staff member asked me if I allowed it to charge for more than an hour am I responsible yes I allowed to to charge overnight. And her response was well I'm sorry I will not be able to do an exchange they say and I don't know who they are you're not supposed to charge a month for more than an hour this is the same with you on technology that is used in all cell phones I've been vaping for 13 years since the Advent of vaping. And before they had mods I made my own same lithium technology now. I was told that she would not be able to do the exchange cuz she did not want to get in trouble in my response was let's look at the manual and if it's see if it says anywhere in the manual that you're not allowed to charge for more than an hour or it could quite possibly end in fatal damage to the battery or anything even remotely resembled that. I went ahead and purchased them on took out the manual and said here look overcharged protection it's not a new technology they've been doing it for over a decade. My Hope is that management will stand behind their product and give me a refund I've always enjoyed the store and hope this is not the area where we part ways. The staff is friendly, they have a nice atmosphere, and a great selection to choose from. I think they have something for anyone in the market, but the pricing is kind of high. I'm a big believer in supporting your local business but I make my big purchases online for half the price in the store. I think part of the cost is due to their great location on the main drag. I would definitely recommend my friends to check it out. read more

It's ok and the prices for some things are kind of high but it's fair it's changed a lot since I started going there the employees was very helpful and answered any and all questions and showed how to go through the setup of things but the last year or so I think it's been going down hill some of the employees are not as helpful or as nice as they was before that's just a couple bad apples though and it will not stop me from going back for my smoking and vaping needs on you can't say certain thing's there I saw a guy make a joke and they made him leave even though he was going spend almost four hundred dollars there you have to be respectful and not say some things I can understand from both sides they don't want to be liable for something that could be avoided if they just read the sign's about what not to say I also understand the guy just made a joke but I will keep coming back read more

I lived in TH when they first opened. Loved the owner who put it next to coffee grounds. Good atmosphere.
