I called and spoke to a woman who was nice enough to check the receipt & admit that there was a mistake. I like that we both spoke with respect to each other. BUT, I had a question that I thought could be a way to correct that mistake via the phone, but all of a sudden - they stopped answering the phone. I know caller ID exists, so idk if they was ghosting me on purpose. I called them back probably 7 minutes after my 1st call, & I did call more than once. Then there was no voicemail, there was just a loud beeping noise. It was 15 minutes before they was closing...& it's Christmas, I get they itching to get home. But a simple answering of the 2nd call would have taken less than 1 minute to answer my call. Other than that, they are a great store...
