I would like to start by saying I used to love this place. I spent around $500 on glass pieces and other goodies there. My last visit however may have ruined it. I went in to check prices on the pax vape. I was told they were generally $300, they go for $250. After talking the price came down to what I feel was a fair deal. I said I was going to think about it, being that I didn't come in to buy and wasn't ready to spend over $200 on a piece just yet. I was told by the salesman that the prices would be going up the following week and that he knew this because of an email from pax to their distributors. Assuming I wasn't being lied to, I bought the vape. Upon my visit today, while browsing pipes I heard the same salesman suggesting to a customer that she should check out the pax and that they were $250. I confronted the salesman afterwards and was told, I don't know what happened. Sorry, but I'm not buying it this time. I'm not a great haggler and I can deal with not getting the best deal ever, however I can't tolerate being lied to just to close a deal. I'm impulsive enough that you can sell me without dishonesty. I'm definitely bummed about this, because I really did love this shop, but I cannot support bad business ethics. read more

I've been buying the Holy Grail Elixir from them and requested they stock the larger bottles for a SIGNIFICANT savings. i left my name and number with my correspondence... no call back.. i went in to check the status of my request and was called "rude" by the young hippy behind the counter. my advice to you all : buy you juice online, save money and hassle if you want to buy in bulk. i walked in one day and stood in front of the counter for about 3 minutes while the owner finished texting (?) on his phone. steer clear of this shop. we live in a world where customer service is second to none, and this this shop does not deliver. read more

They charged me $299 for a PAX 2 which is listed on PAX's website for $199. What a rip off.

My boyfriend and I go to this place on a regular day to day basis...EVERY DAMN DAY! We spend a lot of money at this facility on Vapes, Vape Fluids, and Cigarettes. The prices are always reasonable and we love the company from the people who work there. After tonights events at the smoke zone...i dont even know what to think honestly. We were sold a bad smoker device in which we wanted to exchange...how hard is that? We are regular customers, they all know us, and we constantly spend. Long story short...after some serious words, a lot of yelling, and a homeless person trying to steal money from us out front...Henry (i think his name is) the Israeli guy (sounds bad and im sorry) saved our money and gave us a new smoker...even after the 20 minutes of the bad situation inside. In the end everything was held honest and Henry saved us from being ripped off by a horrible horrible homeless man. Huge selection of pipes! There Is also a huge selection of like everything including e cig oils, hookah products, bongs. I am shocked to hear an employee tell me that the logo from my bong wore off because of too much washing... I collect bongs and water pipes and have never had any logo of mine wear off even after so much as 5 years.... No one washes the outside of there bong not like I scrub my logo off makes me think how many bong are real or are the buying knock offs from dhgate.com for stupid cheap and selling them to us there customers for 5x the price. Used to be my favorite smoke shop can't say I will return especially because all I did was ask a question about it to witch she gave me a rude and unprofessional response. read more

My buddy referred me over here after having shopped there once before and was saying they have quite a nice selection and great prices. I got to head over there with him and it definitely was super awesome. Picked up a single dome perc beaker style waterpipe for 59.99, got to switch out the blue bowl piece for a clear one too so im pumped. They have a really nice humidor room also (cigars arent really my thing but my buddy picked up some Patrons that were quite nice). Also the torch lighters that start with a V (I think Vector?) come with a lifetime warranty, which is ridiculously awesome. Really crappy customer service from the younger middle eastern guy. I went in over 20 times and each time he was the the the prices changed. Sometimes they honor military discount and sometimes they dont. The young white guy should be management in here he knows his stuff and is super friendly. An old friend of mine turned me to smoke zone a couple years ago, and they are by far my favorite little smoke shop! Henry is the best and will always give you the best price he can! He is always interested in helping make your time there worth it! Louie is great too! And Sal fixed my leaky vape pen! I wasn't smart and broke my coil when I was cleaning it and he noticed I was missing a grommet and replaced it no problem! I will say Henry fixed my vape too! Cause it was stuck to where I wasn't able to get all of the components apart. Henry tricked me into thinking he wasn't strong enough and handed it to me to try and loosen it. Silly me, I grabbed it and it came off with ease!! They are really good at finding the piece in your price range! I broke my water pipe and went there right away and found an amazing replacement! My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Smoke Zone. Henry was very friendly and eager to help. He gave my boyfriend a very detailed walk through of all of the e-cigarettes they carried. We bought the Blu e-cigarette and a hookah, and because it was our first time there he discounted both. He also threw in several freebies: a lighter, charcoal, a hookah carrying case, and my favorite lollipops! The selection of tobacco pipes and water pipes was extensive and extremely affordable. Legit spot if on a budget. Idk why everyone is hating on this spot. Granted they don't carry high end pipes, but there is 1000 places in the ob PB area to get those. They do have a wide selection of products that are priced very well. You can even haggle with these guys. I've always left there with what I wanted for a lot cheaper then I would pay at visions. read more
