This place is very unprofessional! Bought a concentrate device called the Xvape Vista mini 2 for $200 which btw is on sale for $143.00 total with free shipping on the Xvape website. So anyways when I got home & took it out the bag the first thing I noticed was the box the device came in wasn't sealed in plastic but didn't think anything of it at first. So when I tried out the device I immediately noticed the temp was super weak. Even on the highest temp it leaves a huge puddle. That very same day I even bought a pack of dual coils but still wasn't working right and it made me waste about 1.5 gram of different types of top quality super clean BHO CBD, Delta-8, Delta-10, HHC, & THC-O shatter to see if maybe it would vaporize better but it didn't, it would still leave a puddle regardless how clean & pure the dabs were. I even tried 100% CBD isolate & it was still the same outcome smh. I'm almost 100% sure it wasn't working because it was already used & or it was defective since it was the display one they sold me. The employee who had sold it to me never even asked me if I was okay with buying it unpackaged and most importantly he failed to mention that all sales were final and no refunds on their defective devices. Kim, the employee who was working the night I came to return the item tried helping me by calling his boss but his boss was being unreasonable. Since they didn't have anymore of the same device they offered me to pick something else from the store but the problem with that is that the majority of their products are CBD, glass pipes & rigs. And since I'm in the CBD business as well I literally get free A1 quality CBD products all the time and I have enough pipes, & rigs as well. You can say they did, "try", to remedy it by selling me a more expensive device called the Carta laser edition & only had to pay the difference but didn't want to go for that because when I checked the website of the company that makes it, says it's on sale for 249.99, 260 and some change after tax and shipping. So I asked Kim to ask his boss if he could sell it to me for the same price as the company but he said no! The owner was trying to charge me $370-380! So basically I would've had to pay an extra $170-180 & some change. Steer clear of this place, all of their products are way over priced, not to mention their service sucks . I mentioned to him that I have pretty severe eczema and that I've been having trouble finding a solution for it. He let me try this cream and within 15 minutes, the eczema on my hands started to lose the redness and it wasn't itchy. This place is extremely poor and I'd very much suggest you going somewhere else if you are looking customer service, they don't do it! We are far from experts when it comes to gummies, CBD etc and we were expecting to be informed and to go away with a new and fun experience, this didn't happen. We had queried about Gummies and after a brief chat the assistant insisted on us taking Green Post gummies, having consumed later that evening and expecting some sort of uplift we didnt feel anything. I then called them to explain and they said that they couldn't do anything for us other than return the an unopened pack - all in all we spent $120 of sweets, complete waste of money. Moreover, the manager of this place also doesn't seem to get it either, she wanted nothing to do with us and thus we are now very dis-satisfied customers.
