It was the chosen venue of our office party, and the special BBQ buffet was arranged just for us. I'm not sure if you can tell from a photo, but there were variety of protein, and they were plentiful. What you don't see from this photo are a well-dressed large bowl of green salad and a plate of grilled sausages that came out after we started eating. We also were served apfelstrudel for dessert. As far as BBQ is concerned, meats were grilled very nicely. It reminded me of Mediterranean flavored grilled meats--especially beef and chicken shish kabobs. Ribs had very good rubs and were very tasty. Besides grilled meats, there were hamburgers, wings and chicken nuggets for kids. I thought it was very generous serving for 12,90€ buffet. Of course, I can't compare this with KC BBQ, TX BBQ or Carolina BBQ, but it certainly adds an alternative to predominantly Franconian/Bavarian restaurant scene in Ansbach.
