I bought a battery for vape carts 3 days ago. It didn't hold a charge after the initial one. I asked to swap it for a different one and was told 5$ off a new one was all they were willing to do. I'd rather buy from a bodega since that's how they operate. Won't be going back for ANY more supplies. Thanks for being greedy and cheap Smoker's Connection. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and I didn't want and he kept pointing me towards what I didn't want. I told him I needed the rubber ring that goes around the vape glass and he lied and told me the one I bought had one inside and doesn't. I told him I wanted it with 12 holes for more smoke and kept telling me to get the one with 8, I told him I wanted something bigger than the baby beast and he sold me the baby beast. But he returned the money after I tried it and everything turned it out okay, I guess. read more

I have been frequenting here for my hookah needs for the last year. They are always friendly and willing to make suggestions if I am being indecisive on a flavor I want. When I make big dollar purchases they will also throw in a lighter for me, which is small but I always appreciate it. After going to many different shops that have either poor customer service or poor products/knowledge, I believe this is one of the best in the Salt Lake valley. All of my friends now go here as well and agree it is the best! Owner was more then helpful when I needed to find an odd item to go with my Cruella Deville costume.
