Poor management/customer relations! I just wanted to mention right off the bat that this is by no means the little girl behind the counters fault, in fact she's the only reason there's even ONE star. I was in their store looking for a vape pen. As I had never even looked for one before but I wanted to stop smoking, I figured I'd check them out. I walk in the store, the gal is nice enough, explained the couple models they sell, and explained the difference "juices" to me. It's all well and good at this point, but this is where I start to feel a bit let down by smokers corner. They have what I would guess to be 100-200 flavors, and having never done this how would I know what I like right? So like their competitors I assume they allow you to test them... NOPE. How is someone supposed to know what they like out of 200 possible choices? So, disappointed I buy their pen model and leave. I tell her I will be back after talking to my girlfriend who uses one of these devices about what flavors she would recommend. Once speaking to her it turned out that she had just bought me one and was going to surprise me with it, so what the hell... I'll just return it right? WRONG. Everything in their store is final sale, i couldnt even EXCHANGE it for somwthing else in the store. No one said anything to me though and now I'm left feeling ripped off. It's not like I bought a BONG and hot boxed my truck or anything, I walked out and returned a few mins later. This, while there is a sign on the wall, should be mentioned, or have a notice by the interac machine or something. Now out of all of their flavors, I will never go back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone who asks about my vape not to bother going to smokers corner as they don't back up their product, or care about creating a relationship with customers. Which in the vape world seems like a good idea seeing as we all need to buy new juice every few weeks. read more

Last time i go to that place. Girl in the place covered in tattoos was totally useless and what an attitude! Asked to see a vap pen and asked a question, she looked at me like i was an idiot. Pricing aint bad but staff sucks! read more
