I can only say that their products are not 100% quartz because they aren't handling the heat they're supposed to.

Before I left the owner stopped me to give me the dollar that was the difference. He was ready to pay me back the difference of a dollar after already letting me exchange rolling papers. I was willing to just leave without expecting such honesty from someone. This owner is someone I'd be happy to support and buy from regularly.
