Really though, I love this place. The staff is wonderful. On one particular visit, I was griping over the problems that arise when I refill my Juul cartridges. Bammmm!!!! The next week the manager pops out an alternative product that addressed the complaints I had. She actually hunted it down because I was getting to be a regular at the store. That should tell you, reader, two important facts. 1) They provide such exceptional service that I became a regular. That's rare as I'm usually an "I don't care, whatever is closest" type of person. (For general info: there are a crazy amount of head shops here to choose from.) 2) They actually care about their customers. For example: I noticed the staff never up-sells products. They actually try to save the customers money. ON TOP OF WHICH they have a rewards program.

Their glass selection isnt extraordinary but it is nice and the quality makes up for abundance of products. I recommend this place to anyone in the norfolk area that needs some cigars, papers vape juice or a new glass piece.

Complete with leather lounge chairs, flat screen tv, and a fireplace. They do have a bathroom and mini fridge with drinks (pay at counter), but do not offer alcohol products. It typically takes about four weeks to get it back in the mail so I knew I'd be w/o my love for a while. I wanted a cheap lighter that I could refuel and Emerson's (my go to) wanted $60+ bucks. Well, I didn't need another Xikar, just something to get me by... and here sat this little gem on Independence. The first few times I went in for just a lighter (first time for me, second time for my husband), I expected to spend about $25. Nope, these guys had little double flame pocket lighters for $15. Score! The next few times I went in I actually checked out the humidor... I didn't expect them to have too much, despite the size, but they did. Fuente Exquisitos of $2.65 (same as Emerson's), Casa Magna Pekitos, which are crazy rare, not too many people even carry that size ($4), and most phenomenally... dirt cheap ass Padron's! Say what!!! Yes my friend, $10.25 for a Padron '64. I thought it was a damn typo. Now, I don't recall how much they are at Emerson's, but I do know that I pay $11 for the '26 Principe. As for things that help but don't really matter since their cigars & accessories kick ass, lol. The people who work there are cool as hell... they're just chill people. So yeah, if you're a stogie lover, you're probably buying most of your stuff online and at Emerson's, both of which are great places to buy, but I definitely recommend checking out the Smoke Shack because they have great prices too, and you may find a few sticks that they don't have other tobacco spots in the Hampton Roads area.

The humidor is well stocked. And in my experience so far of cigar lounges in this area, Emerson's has the mostly reasonably priced sticks. I will definitely make it back. Just not sure when because there are so many great breweries in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. Most who are cigar friendly, or at least cigar accommodating. Plus there is an Emerson's in Chesapeake, which is currently closer to me.
