Really though, I love this place. The staff is wonderful. On one particular visit, I was griping over the problems that arise when I refill my Juul cartridges. Bammmm!!!! The next week the manager pops out an alternative product that addressed the complaints I had. She actually hunted it down because I was getting to be a regular at the store. That should tell you, reader, two important facts. 1) They provide such exceptional service that I became a regular. That's rare as I'm usually an "I don't care, whatever is closest" type of person. (For general info: there are a crazy amount of head shops here to choose from.) 2) They actually care about their customers. For example: I noticed the staff never up-sells products. They actually try to save the customers money. ON TOP OF WHICH they have a rewards program.

I like that they sell Humble brand juice for 25 a 120 ml bottle. They have a huge selection of cigars and rolling papers, almost any flavor you can think of and than some you probably wouldnt. Their glass selection isnt extraordinary but it is nice and the quality makes up for abundance of products. I recommend this place to anyone in the norfolk area that needs some cigars, papers vape juice or a new glass piece.

She didn't try to sell me any more than I needed and she put my stogies in a travel ziplock bag with matches. Then she showed me to the cigar lounge. Complete with leather lounge chairs, flat screen tv, and a fireplace. They do have a bathroom and mini fridge with drinks (pay at counter), but do not offer alcohol products. There's also an private outdoor deck patio. They recently had cigar event in which a Brickhouse representative came in and had a few specials.
