Fantastic customer service. I recently called to see if a particular item was in stock (the Volcano), It was not, however the proprietor of the business told me that there was some coming from the warehouse that day and he would call me back. Within the hour he called me back to confirm the product was on it's way to his store and would call me in a few hours when he had his hands on it, Sure enough less than 4 hours later after the initial call he had the device in had for me to pick up. I had shopped around online and the price here was better than many online stores, much to my surprise. When I arrived the owner was very helpful and professional. He walked me through the basics of using the volcano, and offered some great feedback. Even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. To comment on the store itself. Very clean, bright. Not your average dark dingy head shop. Everything is displayed very nicely. Much like a jewelry store. Also there is TONS of stock here, they carry just about everything. Smoker's corner is a beautifully laid out smoke shop with everything you could ever ask for, from paraphernalia to jewellery and all sorts of merchandise in between! I've never had a bad experience with this particular store for several reasons: Number one, everything in the store is so eye catching and amazing that you can't help being enchanted and impressed. And second, the staff are such a refreshing bunch of knowledgable and nice people that I personally am inclined to purchase at least one thing, every time I enter. That may detour you from entering (who really enjoys feeling pressured). But I can assure you that the feeling is not "pressure" it's just a really strong want! I've never walked out of this store unimpressed, and always feel extremely happy with my purchase. This is a must see store, even if you're intention is not to buy, just go in and enjoy the beautiful display's of amazing glass blown pipes, Bongs, and maybe chat up a staff member! I went down to smokers corner to buy some new accessories. I was pretty new to all of it. Gary the salesman there was very knowledgeable in everything. He spent a lot of time going through all the different types of products and the pros and cons of everything I bought. I went in with a budget of 300 dollars. That turned into 700. It was hard to say no to alot of things there because they also had a summer sale with crazy deals, I saved about 300 bucks in total. I love all the new bongs and accessories. This is my new store I wont go anywhere else but here from now on. They have everything you want and at really good prices. Cheap items with high value. You cant ask for anymore. read more

I have been to the store a couple of times now very clean with a good vibe and very attractive displays! The owner of this location "Gary" a very smart and knowledgeable person , ask him any question about any of the products on his shelves and he will tell you pro's con's about the items you are interested in and any if not all there is to know about it!He has done his homework! Overall I would gladly recommend any one to go to this location . He treats his customers very well and makes you feel very comfortable during your shopping experience! Smokers Corner is a small store located beside The Chocolate Bar on 17th ave, just off 14th street. If you're looking for a new smoking device, this is the store to go to. Their selection surpasses any other store in the city and their prices are refreshingly low compared to most head shops. This store has something for everyone, no matter what style, size or price range you're looking for. Definitely a must see for any Calgary smokers! read more

My first visit to Smoker's Corner was awesome!!! I just moved to the area so it really nice to have such a cool local head shop with such a friendly staff! (the whole time we were chatting and laughing) I'm so impressed with their selection, i collect bongs so i love all the sweet add ons they have. Good deals on a huge selection of papers, and all the essencials. I ended up bringing home such an awesome goodie bag and so much more that i want. Excellent service! Gary is an awesome guy who treats you like a friend before a customer. He gave us plenty of time to walk around, chatting with us about this and that. When we told him what we were looking at, and picked out our own bong, he started telling us about it right away. Explaining about the deal they had going on. We spent the good part of an hour in the store just socializing, being that its thanksgiving it wasn't so busy. But what a great owner to have his shop open today. I'm very disappointed I have been coming here for the last couple of months I come in at least once or twice a week. today I just finished my Allo Vape that was supposed to be 800 puffs (keep in mind that this has happened before) but I was smoking my Vape and I counted 554/800 and it started flashing... i'm done coming to this place the guy that works there is a little creep and he was so rude to me and my friends last time we came in together... I've been into this shop many times and it has, hands down, the best customer service out of all the hemp shops in calgary. It's nice to be able to go in a store and get treated as a friend instead of a customer!
