I am writing this review to hopefully help others who are having the same problem that I had! I am happy that I found the PowerMatic 2 Cigarette Injection Machine at the Smoker's Outlet Online website. And this is my 1st time shopping with them. However, the exorbitant shipping costs are so much that I rather just use my Amazon Prime, or actually rather shop ANYWHERE ELSE because their shipping costs are greater than any of their competitors! I paid nearly $20 for shipping for my package! That is 25% of the cost of my order! Anyhow, I just thought that I should share this with you as it will be the sole factor in deciding where I choose to shop in the future. Ordered from smokersoutletonline.com several times, I always use a virtual credit card for online merchants, this last time I ordered was a couple weeks ago, and yesterday, my credit card company contacted me and let me know that the card used to make my purchase with them has been used to make purchases at other vendors, a virtual card is a card that has a different number for each merchant, and then a hour later it was used again at another merchant, I contacted smokersoutletonline.com and told them about this by email, and asked them to contact me, they just refuse to reply to my message, so it looks like the whole company is in on the theft and fraud, if you order from them you need to watch your card charges, as your card number will be stolen by them. my credit card company has reported the theft to the authorities as they have proof that they are the only company that has that specific card number. read more

Wow what a great online purchasing experience. Great communication from them via email and super quick shipping. Prices are great and shipping is reasonable. I choose the USPS 2 day priority mail option for my purchases. I haven't had to call or email them for info because they are so quick with updates. Very pleased. Horrible experience, Smokers Outlet sent the wrong cigarette tubes and the tobacco was old stock. I emailed them the day I got the order (Monday) and here it is (Friday) and still no response. The order was for 9-16 oz bags of tobacco and 15 - 200 cigarette tubes. This would of been my monthly standing order and I let them know that. I gave then every opportunity to make it right and they haven't. I do not recommend buying from Smokers Outlet EVER! read more

Don't ever shop here if your looking to switch to rolling your own tobbacco. I came in the store and waited 15 minutes for help when this woman came to help me (and this is my first time ever switching to rolling my own cigs) she basicly listened to nothing I had to say and quickly came up with a simple recipe. a bag of menthol (pipe tobbacco) when I asked for ciggarette tobbacco. big difference I know now. then I bought a rolling machine and filters. go home and the papers don't fit on the injector part and the tobbaco is moist and long cut unlike cig tobbaco short cut dryer. Go back to return it and she sais we don't take back tobbacco products. I said can I exchange it she sais no. I say can I get my money back on the roller which is a machine not necessarily a tobacco product she sais no. so this is how you treat your costomers that when she said "you can get the F $*# out now. good job I was gona buy from your store exclusively cause your close to me and now you've lost weekly consistent buisness. get you head out your a$$ you could have at least let me return the rolling machine and you'd have more buisness and respect you obviously a petty buisness who doesn't care about there costomers. read more

Ordered twice from this company. First order of 2 bags of tobacco was fine. The second order came in and was the wrong tobacco and we ordered 4 bags of it! Called their customer service department, and they are sending a return postage slip to return the tobacco - oh but wait, my son was out and opened one of the bags. Tried it - crap tobacco. But since it was opened, they will not accept it back. So now, in addition to being totally out and having to spend the same amount of money for half the size bag, we have to wait another week to get the correct order (3 out of the 4 bags that I paid for.) I suggested that they go ahead and send the 4 correct bags and we keep the one for their mistake. Again - it is THEIR mistake, not ours. The invoice/packing slip is correct. What was packed is incorrect. No expedited shipping, nothing but sorry. I told them that I will not order from them again and I hope that their poor customer service response was worth losing a customer. 4 bags of tobacco and 6 boxes of tubes are not cheap. read more
