Traveled from NY to get some tobacco that my sister was obsessed about. She didn't know what flavor it was. We did a FaceTime call and they asked her questions. They were able to find out what flavor it was! Sour Skittles. Very helpful. And they even wrapped up the product for traveling. Will definitely shop here again! read more

Went in and bought a bong, the bowl was broken but couldn't see anything else wrong with it. Got home and it was leaking water, brought it back in less than an hour and they didn't believe us because they couldn't see it or feel it either until we filled it with water and it was more obvious and clearly leaking water. Then was told there was nothing they could do about it. I shouldn't have to come back for the owner, who also said there was nothing he could do but "talk to him," because you sold a defective bong purposely. While on the phone with the owner he told him "the one in the back," and immediately after said "yeah, that one," when there are 3 different shelves of them so they must've known. And yes it was bubble wrapped in my hand until I got home where I took it out and filled it with water without dropping it or hitting it on anything. I get anything can happen outside of the store but they knowingly sold this broken and refuse to fix the problem. Horrible experience, unprofessional, wouldn't recommend. read more

We were greeted by all the employees when we walked in and we're very welcoming! The store was very clean and organized and it smelled amazing! The location is right on the corner of Michigan ave and it's completely lit up. We ordered an Irish peach and a spiced chai vanilla with white mint. Both were amazing and hit very well for a very long time. It came with charcoal and a malat. Each one was 9 dollars. They were also promoting a tobacco brand called BOND hookah. If you bought one they would make you a free orange head with the tobacco inside. Smelled and tasted amazing! The process was very quick and the employees were very eager to help and make sure we were completely satisfied. I Will definitely be frequenting this location. A smoke shop is a smoke shop and Dearborn is filled with smoke shops. I've never left a review for a shop like this before because it's always the same. Grab some juice or some tobacco and leave. But this places atmosphere and customer service was phenomenal. By the time I got my juice, me and the two guys working there were talking like we knew each other.
