What kind of company harraases a great customer ($600/mo at the time) over THEIR employees mistake!?? Yes, I have the receipts. This is what happened: I took my product to the register. Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error. Whatever the error was, it was their fault and the employees fault! Not the paying freakin customer. In the end, it's all their loss and certainly not mine! Texas Tobacco in Sherman (different company) is amazing!!! No need to be hassled at this poorly run company. They never deserved my business!

Well, I'm guessing about a year ago I ran across this little shop and was surprised to see such a nice Cigar shop in Sherman, although nothing against the Sherman Area. The guy working in there was super nice and seemed fairly knswledgable or as best as anyone can expect to be these days. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when after a few months away from the Sherman Area and this shop I returned and thought I would swing by for a smoke. Boy oh boy was I surprised to what I found. Seemed like a different shop, maybe even a different owner not sure. The guy working wasn't the same guy and I didn't really care for him much either. After selecting my cigar of choice I thought I'd enjoy a smoke only to find out that would have to be done outside. Well, let me be frank on something, I smoke cigars, I enjoy cigars but if I'm going to be expected to smoke them OUTSIDE at a Cigar Shop then I'm guess that's not a Cigar Shop for me. No clue who's decision this is but I can't imagine they know anything about Cigars or a Cigar shop. Texomaland's premier and largest supplier of firearms, ammo, accessories, knives, apparel and some miscellaneous food items. Extremely cool T-Shirts, and caps. They have a gun range on site. Which also includes classes for Texas license to carry permits. You need to sign up as the classes fill quickly. The customer service is incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable. And the prices are great. We will definitely be returning and recommend this store 100%.
