They pack your money's worth of hot brisket into one sandwich and it remained warm and juicy after a 40 min drive back home! Sauce-wise, I recommend honey tupelo if you're into a sweet and spicy sauce. It's quite admirable how much they value their military and first responders from their walls honoring servicemen and women to their deals for military and public service personnel. They have a nice comfortable vibe with their seating area. Parking lot available. My husband and I thought that the ribs tasted better than most of the other vendors' ribs. We would have preferred that the meat be more tender, but the ribs were a large size and contained lots of meat. According to Pigfoot's website, they sell additional foods such as pulled pork, BBQ chicken, beef brisket, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and bottles of sauces.
