Phil does not read any documents before he asks you to sign them. His staff is as incompetent as he is and loses mail both incoming and outgoing. Phil will tell you that there is a "good" chance you will get a favorable outcome. Again, he is a liar and is rolling the dice gambling with your life. I had one knee surgery. When Phil failed to achieve a favorable outcome in my case after dragging me through hell for over two years with no weekly pay while off work, he tells me he has had four knee surgeries and is not disabled. They petitioned the court and guided us on our successful bid to obtain guardianship of our grandaughter. Thankfully, the guardianship was finalized in September. Unfortunately though, their business practices are 2nd-rate. After the initial retainers were paid, they neglected to keep us updated on the balance owed on our account. No emails, no summaries, no letters, no running balance. And then 9 months -AFTER- the court proceedings wrapped up, they filed suit against the grandparents to collect an outstanding balance owed.
