She then asked me to call to get more information, when I called, Janet also answered the phone, after speaking with her directly. I will says she is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too. If I was interested in these apartments, I'm definitely not interested now. It's important to have someone represent your office that actually has customer service skills. Maybe you should rethink your staff, especially if they are causing you to lose potential renters.
